CONSUMER & STAKEHOLDER ADVISORY COUNCIL
Primary
consumers and family members have formed an affiliation advisory council and
generated together the following purpose of the council:
- To assure that consumers shape the policies and practices of the
Affiliation of Mid-Michigan and the State.
- To determine the needs of consumers and to communicate those needs
to appropriate parties. To improve the work of the Affiliation, so that it
meets the needs of consumers, families, and other stakeholders.
- To review and to make recommendations about the Affiliation’s
programs.
- To make suggestions to the Director of Affiliation Operations.
- To be advocates of system wide change for consumers’ rights and
consumers’ welfare.
- To work as a team in a safe, friendly and respectful environment. To view the Community Mental Health Affiliation of

If you are interested in becoming a member of this Advisory Council, please
contact the office of the Executive Director at your CMH, or click on one of the

The council meets one time a month, the first Thursday of the month,
for three hours, from 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. at Community Mental Health of
Clinton-Eaton-Ingham Counties, 812 E. Jolly Rd., Lansing, MI.
