Workgroups

Workgroups may be created by the Steering Committee to monitor, evaluate, advise and/or guide it regarding a specific set of related issues or dimension of Affiliation operations.  Each group consists of a Hub Liaison, a Chairperson, and a minimum of one representative from each affiliated CMH. When creating a committee, the Steering Committee completes a Charge Form to identify the responsibilities and resources of the new committee. 

Finance

Oversees the financial aspects of the affiliation relative to Medicaid funding, risk management, compliance, and financial reporting and monitoring, for the purpose of maintaining financial stability across the affiliation.

 Information Services

Oversees issues relating to data integration, data integrity and information infrastructure for the affiliation.  Also handles issues relative to integration of data so that consistent affiliation-wide data can be reported  to the Department of Community Health.

Quality Improvement

Oversees the quality improvement aspects of the affiliation relative to State required quality performance indicators, standardized local performance indicators, and satisfactions surveys for the purpose of maintaining quality services across the affiliation.

Provider Network Management 

Monitors issues and performance indicators related to contractual practices the development and management of a quality provider network and assurance of sufficient provider availability to afford the consumer the choice of provider.
